The Evidence-based psychoanalytic case study-prize 2018 has been awarded to a paper by Shana Cornelis, Mattias Desmet, Reitske Meganck, Kimberley Van Nieuwenhove and Jochem Willemsen. The prize is awarded by the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the NHS and the Association of Child Psychotherapists, both based in the UK. The paper presents a systematic case study entitled 'Interactions between hysterical symptoms and interpersonal dynamics throughout psychodynamic psychotherapy: A case of dissociative identity disorder’. The prize comes with an award of £1500 and the paper will be published in the journal Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
